This is only the valve Base that attaches to the bladder. You can save money by purchasing the valve base only and reusing the cap that is currently on your kite. The Slingshot Complete Screw valve is the original factory valve for 2015 and newer Slingshot kites. This valve is also a compatible replacement for Cabrinha kites (2014 and newer) and Best kites with the Twistlock valve.

The Mega patches have a 4-inch diameter base. This extra inch diameter on the Mega valve means 77% more adhesive and surface area compared to the standard valve patch size. The additional surface area provided by the Mega valve patch is necessary when the old valve is cut from the bladder or the bladder is torn or warped when the old valve is removed.
